Kimbap Club: Bring Your Own Filling!

Get ready to roll! pansy is teaming up with @Cafemaddy, a Korean American food creator to host a kimbap party! 

Maddy is a creator from Seoul & New York who’s been sharing easy Korean recipes, and making kimbap with ingredients from all around the world!

The concept is simple: bring an ingredient. Any ingredient! Something that tells a story about you, something you love, or something you're just curious to see rolled into a kimbap. Weird …or unhinged? We are up for a challenge! 

Maddy will roll it live at Pansy into a Kimbap, and we'll all try it together. There'll also be a taste of Maddy's own Amsterdam-inspired kimbap on the day, so come hungry.

At the party you will get very first access to the limited edition kimbap ceramics by Lina, available for purchase! 

A few notes on ingredients: 

❋ Make it ready-to-roll — wash and dry any fresh vegetables, and pre-cook anything that needs cooking. There's no stove on site, just rolling! 

❋ Saucy ingredients don't always play nice with kimbap... but hey, we can always try 😉

❋ we will have all other kimbap ingredients at the shop until we run out :) 

Expect light drinks, kimbap, and great company. BYOB welcome!

Come by anytime between 4–7pm. no fixed start, just show up when it suits you.
