WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

What if I can't make it to the workshop?

There are a few options we can go ahead with. These are based off how many days notice you’re able to provide us. The closer it is to the date of your workshop then the higher the cancelation fee is. The reason for this is that Pansy is unable to fill the spots on such late notice to then absorb the costs.

Please note, we’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so we may not be able to get back to you straight away - but don’t worry, the date your cancellation is made will definitely be taken into account :)

Workshops under €65 - Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on these workshops

All other workshops:
Before 7 days - We are able to refund you 100% of your booking cost, which you can use to rebook into a later date that suits you
7-4 days - We are able to refund you 75% of your booking cost
3-1 days - We are able to refund you 50% of your booking cost
24 hours - Unfortunately with only 24 hours notice, we are unable to refund your booking cost
