1. Studio booking: €30
✺ Each workshop session runs for 2 hours
✺ Includes materials (glazes, brushes, stationery)
✺ Beverages: Coffee, tea, light refreshments

✺A friendly, social group workshop experience - bring a friend or meet someone new!
✺ Introduction & guidance from our teachers who are professional ceramic artists
2. Choose your object
When you arrive, choose a pre-made object from our big collection of shapes, in three fixed price categories:
✻ Small €25
✻ Midi €35
✻ Biggy €45

Category examples:
✻ Small: (cups, trinket dishes, sugar pots, mini vases, tiles)
✻ Midi: (mugs, jugs, bowls, jewellery boxes, set of two cups)
✻ Biggy: (butter dishes, vases, teapots, plates, pitchers)
3. Enjoy painting
We'll get you settled in with a drink and snacks, helping you choose a cute shape, and our teacher will always be available for you throughout the duration of the session.

We love facilitating a warm, welcoming and relaxing session for you.

Before you leave, we'll settle the balance based on the item-size that you chose.
4. Firing & processing
We'll process the ceramics by adding a shiny, clear glaze ontop of your creations, and then firing them in our ceramic kiln.

Your work will be ready within 10 days (please note it may be longer for busier seasons, but if you’re travelling or in a hurry - just let us know!) You will receive an email as soon as they’re ready to be picked up. We can also post them back to you.

I want to book a workshop but none of the dates work for me!

Send us an email! We're usually quite flexible during the week, or we can find another time to accomodate your schedule :)

When can I collect my finished item?

We will email you as soon as they’re ready for pick up. We usually work on quite a fast turnaround time, which is within 10 days. Sometimes it can be sooner! Please keep an eye on your inbox and junk folder :)

The firing process takes over 24 hours for the kiln to heat up to 1050 degrees celsius, and cool down to under 100 degrees before it is ready to be returned to you.

I’ve never done ceramics before! Is this for me?

Our workshops are completely beginner-friendly, we're so happy to guide you through the start-to-finish process. We'll start you off with a guided demonstration. There's always a teacher present, so you can always ask us any questions!

Can I have a private session for me and my friends?

Absolutely! We're happy to organise private workshops for birthdays, celebrations, anniversaries, bachelorettes, or team building. Minimum of 6 participants, and maximum of 16 in our studio. We can also host larger groups in other spaces!

I'm pregnant - is this safe?

We've had lots of pregnant people come through our ceramic painting sessions :) Regarding the materials we use: they're all high quality, commercial-grade (non-toxic, food-safe, lead-free) glazes that are often used in schools so we can assure they won't do any harm to you or your baby. The glazes are also water-based, so they'll come off your hands and clothes. If you are feeling a bit worried it's also fine to wear some gloves if you wish.

If there's anything else we can do or prepare for you to feel comfortable please don't hesitate to ask :) We love to accomodate you!

How many people are in a workshop?

We love to keep our workshops friendly and intimate, so everyone has an opportunity to meet each other. Usually a fully booked workshop will have 9 participants, and 1 teacher.

Are the workshops kid-friendly?

Sure, we love little ones! As long as they're able to hold a brush (we usually recommend ages 5+) The workshop pricing is always per-person, but if you'd like to paint along together, just let us know in the booking notes so we can ensure there's extra chair and space available.
