Thank you for completing a workshop or pansy pack with us at pansy, we hope you had a great time making your ceramics 😃

Your creations are ready to be sent to you, please fill out the information below accurately.

Please note: we do our best to reduce, reuse, and recycle packaging materials at pansy, so your objects will be well protected in recycled (sometimes ugly but always packed with love) packaging, however if it is a gift please let us know and we will pay extra attention to make them extra cute!

We do our very best to ensure that the ceramics are as well packaged as possible, however once they’re in the hands of our courier (DPD/PostNL) we are unable to take responsibility for any damages. Items usually take up to 1-2 weeks to be shipped out, if you need them sooner please let us know!

We’re more than happy to combine shipping if you did the workshop together with friends, all you have to do is indicate which participants’ work you’d like us to include in the notes at checkout.
