domestic delivery

Your orders will be handled with PostNL for all shipment and delivery services. Please note that PostNL has local partners and carriers in other markets outside The Netherlands. We ship all orders, during our opening hours within two working days. 

worldwide delivery

We offer worldwide shipping and can be ordered online wherever you are based. Please bear in mind, outside of Europe you may be charged for local import duties and custom charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.

general delivery information

We handle your order with absolute care and make sure the products are well packed and presented to ensure that all orders will arrive safely. Once an order has been processed, the buyer will receive an email with a link that enables him or her to track and trace the order. pansy will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delays.

general shop returns policy

Products bought in our store may be returned within 14 days of receipt for shop credit or exchange.The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods. All returned items must be unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging.

webshop returns policy

If you don’t feel happy with your goods, we will happily issue a replacement or refund if returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in original and resealable condition. When living in The Netherlands you can drop your return at our store at Czaar Peterstraat 104 in Amsterdam, or send it back with PostNL using your local postal service. The refund will only be applicable for the returned goods. On sale goods will not be refunded. All returned items must be unused, complete with original tags and/or packaging. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items. All items must be in original, resealable condition. Please make sure all returned items are well packed to ensure the safe return. All returned packages should be sent with a trackable, insured service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
